We want our customers to be happy so we will gladly accept any return on a full priced item within 10 days of receipt.
For change of mind returns the expense of the return lies with the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If the goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt then we will gladly organise the return for you. Please be aware that colouring of fabric is not classified as faulty. We endeavour to photograph our products to the highest standard but sometimes variances in fabric colour do occur.
Proof of purchase is required for any return.

What are my options when I return an item bought from the website?
Navy provides two return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products.
3. Full refund to your account (e.g. PayPal, bank account etc.)
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by Navy. If your replacement is not available, we will refund you the full cost of the item.
Please read the label on your delivered item carefully before washing or cleaning it to ensure you do not damage the item in doing so.
